Terms of Service

  • By commissioning me, you agree that you are 18 years or older.

  • Payment in $USD only, paypal invoice only.

  • Payment require upfront. Partial payments are accepted if the order is $300+, and if the client and I discuss prior to invoice sent.

  • I have every right to decline a commission at any time during the process.

  • Prices listed below are baseline prices, the price of your request may increase depending on complexity of character, alts, backgrounds, extra details. Refer to prices below for more details.

  • ETA/Time of completion will depend on the complexity of the piece. My typical turnaround is about 1-1.5 months. I always strive to complete it sooner, however, due to other work (monthly subscriber sketches) or other life things, sometimes it takes a bit longer.

  • ABOUT DEADLINES: If you have a deadline for your commission, you MUST inform me before I send an invoice. Depending on the timeframe of request/deadline, I will charge a priority fee. The price of the fee depends on how quick a turnaround you need your commission by.

  • CHANGES/FIXES/UPDATES: I give WIPs/updates at each stage of the commission (sketch, lines, flat colors, and render). I will make minor adjustments throughout the commission, however, any major changes past the line stage will be an extra charge.

  • About refunds: I have the right to send out a refund if for some reason I cannot complete the piece, or if the client reaches out to me in dire need. If I have already started the work, I will do a partial refund that reflects the difference of the work I have already completed, and I will send whatever work completed to the client.

  • ABOUT REFERENCES: For in game characters (such as FF14), you must provide WELL-LIT references.

  • Commercial Fees: 30% monetized content, 50% commercial merchandise rights

  • Tips are not required, but they are greatly appreciated !

I use a google form for commission submissions as a tool. It helps me keep track of all the commissions. It's main purpose is to have all of your commission info in one place to refer back to.
Please fill out the entire form giving the information it provides.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT INFO IS CORRECT and please provide which platform your handle is associated with (discord/twitter/bsky).
